The location is a major plus, just a short 10-minute walk to Grand Place and near the Midi/Zuid train station. My room, a Budget Triple Room, was clean and warm, with plenty of fresh towels replaced daily. The staff stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness, especially during check-in and check-out. However, the shower was cramped and tricky to maneuver without soaking the bathroom. The breakfast options were minimal, with only a baguette and croissant offered, and the coffee machine could use an upgrade. I noticed some noise from the hallway at times, which made it hard to fully relax in my room. The area outside can feel a bit sketchy at night, so staying alert is wise.

The location is exceptional, super close to the metro and downtown! However, the TV signal was terrible, and there was no hairdryer in the room. 😕

The hotel was a good base for our family trip. We enjoyed exploring the square where there were street performers and local shops just around the corner. The staff was genuinely friendly, making travel tips easy to come by, especially with three young kids in tow!

My wife says that the noise from other guests could be bothersome. It would be great if they could add soundproofing to the rooms for families.
